Veloce CMS Builder is a web-based content management and website builder platform designed to help users create, manage, and publish websites efficiently.
Important Requirement:
Veloce CMS Builder is exclusively available to users who host their websites with LatinoTech Design. The platform cannot be used independently or hosted on third-party servers.
3. Hosting & Subscription Plan
To use Veloce CMS Builder, you must subscribe to a LatinoTech Design hosting plan, which includes:
- Unlimited storage and bandwidth
- Unlimited subdomains
- Free email hosting (via Roundcube)
- 24/7 customer support
- Full access to Veloce CMS Builder
Pricing:
- $20 NZD per month (base plan)
- $5 NZD per additional domain
- Each domain includes an unlimited usage plan
Failure to maintain an active subscription will result in suspension or termination of access to Veloce CMS Builder and related services.
4. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activities under your account
- Ensuring your content complies with applicable laws and these Terms
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Veloce CMS Builder for:
- Illegal, harmful, or fraudulent activities
- Hosting or distributing malicious software
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Sending spam or unsolicited communications

You retain ownership of all content you create using Veloce CMS Builder. However, by using the service, you grant LatinoTech Design a limited license to host, display, and process your content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

- You fail to pay subscription fees
- Your use poses a risk to our systems or other users
Upon termination, access to your website and data may be restricted or removed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, LatinoTech Design shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities
